European Service Center Alpharetta offers a Free 10 Year 120,000 Mile Limited Engine Warranty thru our Service Recommendation Program. This Program is derived by our use of the Highest Quality German Made Oils and our own Proprietary Oil Additive. During the first Ten Years or One Hundred and Twenty Thousand miles, whichever comes first, European Service Center will apply a $2,500 credit towards the repair and replacement of any internally lubricated Engine Part that should fail due to normal wear. The $2,500 Credit is the total we will allow over the term of the warranty and is not per incident. The Credit can only be used towards Engine Repairs made at European Service Center, and it is at European Service Center sole discretion to determine coverage. European Service Center Reserves the right to exclude any vehicle prior to the first approved service which will initiate the warranty.
Consequential damage is excluded due to failure or damage of any engine component other than a internally lubricated parts. Example including but not limited to Water Contamination of the oil due to blown head gasket, Oil Starvation, Performance Modification, Over Revving of Engine, Flood Damage etc. Damage due to loss of oil thru leakage or consumption.
All oil services must be performed at European Service Center in Alpharetta every 5,000 miles or 1 year whichever comes first. We will allow up to 3 instances of delinquent oil services above 5,000 miles but less than 6,000 miles or warranty offer will be VOID.
First oil service will require an additional Engine Flush to remove all contaminants prior to initial treatment.
