European Auto Repair Across Georgia

3-year/36,000-mile nationwide limited warranty

Five Shops, and Which One Is Actually Yours

A Porsche built in Stuttgart deserves better than a quick-lube bay off the highway. European Service Center has kept German and European cars running since 1979, and five Georgia shops carry that work today — in Alpharetta up GA-400, two inside Atlanta on Piedmont and Roswell Road, one in Duluth off I-85, and one in Sandy Springs near the Perimeter. The average car on U.S. roads just hit a record 12.8 years, according to S&P Global Mobility, so the shop you hand the keys to matters. Here’s where to find us.

Our Five Georgia Shops

Here is every European Service Center location in Georgia, with addresses and hours. All five sit in metro Atlanta — nothing south of the city or over in Savannah.

Quick Takeaways

  • Five Georgia shops, all in metro Atlanta — nothing south of the city, nothing toward Savannah.
  • Two are in Buckhead and get booked at the wrong one constantly. So do the two on Roswell Road, eight miles apart.
  • Same standard everywhere: ASE-certified technicians, Liqui Moly oil, OEM-grade parts, and a 24-month/24,000-mile nationwide warranty honored at more than 30,000 shops.
  • Family-owned since 1979, with four more shops in Texas.
  • Pick on drive time. Any Georgia shop takes any European vehicle, so the only real question is which one you can reach without crossing the Perimeter twice.

The European Brands We Service in Georgia

If it was built in Europe, we work on it. That covers BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, MINI, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volkswagen, plus the exotics — Aston Martin, Ferrari, Maserati — and Sprinter vans. Tesla owners are covered at the Alpharetta shop. Parts are OEM-grade, the oil is Liqui Moly, and each tech is trained on the systems your make actually uses.

Atlanta, Roswell Road — North Buckhead and Chastain Park

4400 Roswell Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30342.

On Roswell Road at Wieuca, half a mile east of Chastain Park and inside I-285. Chastain Park, North Buckhead, Margaret Mitchell, Mt. Paran, Powers Ferry — this is your shop. Chastain is minutes from these bays and a good deal further from the Piedmont Road shop, which settles most of the confusion on its own.

→ European auto repair on Roswell Road in North Buckhead

Atlanta, Piedmont Road — Lenox and Buckhead Village

3097 Piedmont Rd NE, Suite 100, Atlanta, GA 30305.

The southern Buckhead shop, a few minutes off Peachtree. Lenox Square is half a mile away; Buckhead Village, Garden Hills and the Peachtree Road office towers all sit closer to here than to Roswell Road. If Lenox is your landmark, this is the one.

→ European auto repair on Piedmont Road in Atlanta

Sandy Springs — North of the Perimeter

8445 Roswell Rd NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30350.

Also on Roswell Road. The difference is I-285: this shop sits well north of it and the Atlanta shop well south, which is why two addresses eight miles apart on the same street get booked at the wrong one. Check the number. This is the shop for Sandy Springs proper, the Perimeter office corridor and Dunwoody.

Alpharetta — The GA-400 Corridor

165 Tidwell Dr, Suite B, Alpharetta, GA 30004.

Off GA-400 in north Fulton. Johns Creek, Milton, Cumming and Roswell drivers use this shop, and it’s the easiest of the five to reach if your commute already runs 400. It is also the only Georgia shop that takes Tesla work — the other Tesla bay is at Plano in Texas.

→ European auto repair in Alpharetta

Duluth — Gwinnett and the I-85 Side

4095 Pleasant Hill Rd, Duluth, GA 30096.

The Gwinnett shop, on Pleasant Hill a short run off I-85 and the furthest east of the five. Suwanee, Berkeley Lake, Norcross and Peachtree Corners come here rather than crossing to 400. If you live east of Spaghetti Junction this is your shop, and it isn’t close — anything that sends you across the top of the Perimeter to Alpharetta has added a trip you didn’t need.

What Every Georgia Shop Does

All five service the same lineup: Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Ferrari, Jaguar, Land Rover, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Porsche, Sprinter and Volkswagen, plus Tesla at Alpharetta.

They run the same twenty services too — diagnostics, brakes, engine and transmission work, cooling systems, electrical, suspension, timing belts and chains, oil and fluid service, tires, and factory scheduled maintenance on the manufacturer’s intervals.

→ Factory scheduled maintenance for European vehicles

Worth knowing: every one of these five shops sits in an emissions-testing county. Four are in Fulton and Duluth is in Gwinnett, and both counties are on Georgia’s thirteen-county list alongside Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Henry, Paulding and Rockdale (Georgia’s Clean Air Force). Whichever shop you use, the car it hands back has to pass the same annual test.
