This policy explains how ESC Auto Group Inc, operating European Service Center, handles information associated with our optional service-update text messaging program.

We collect the mobile number you provide, your texting consent and preferences, and information needed to associate messages with your repair order. Our messaging systems may also process message contents, replies, delivery information, and opt-out records.

How We Use Information

• Send inspection results, estimate-review links, and pickup notifications.
• Respond to requests for assistance.
• Record consent and honor opt-out requests.
• Deliver messages, troubleshoot problems, and maintain program records.

We do not use consent to this service-update program to enroll you in marketing messages.

Sharing and Protection of Messaging Information

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared for those purposes. We may provide information to service providers that operate our shop-management and messaging systems, including messaging platforms and carriers, only as needed to deliver and support this program. These providers are not authorized by us to use that information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Participation is optional and is not a condition of purchasing repairs or receiving service.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation message. Contact your service advisor if you prefer another way to receive service updates.

Retention

We retain messaging information as needed to operate the program, document consent, resolve issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We may retain opt-out records to ensure we respect your request not to receive further texts.

Requests are subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping requirements. Unsubscribing from texts does not automatically delete repair records.
