Our Texting Program
ESC Auto Group Inc, operating European Service Center, provides optional text messages about your vehicle’s service. Messages may include:
- Notification that your inspection is complete, with a link to the results.
- Notification that your estimate is ready, with a link to review and approve repair work.
- Notification that your vehicle is ready for pickup.
This program does not include marketing or promotional messages. Receiving a message or opening a link does not authorize repairs. Repair approval is obtained separately.
Signing Up
You may choose to receive texts by completing the optional SMS consent section on your repair order or estimate and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing repairs or receiving service. Signing a repair authorization alone does not enroll you in texting. You must separately choose to receive messages.
Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your vehicle’s service, typically including inspection, estimate, and pickup updates. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider determines any charges under your plan.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your request.
No additional messages will be sent through this program unless you opt in again.
Opting out does not cancel your repair order or previously approved work. Contact your service advisor to arrange another way to receive updates.
Help
Reply HELP for assistance, contact your service advisor, or email richard@europeanservicecenter.com.
Provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. Notify your service advisor if your number changes or is reassigned.
Delivery
Messages may be delayed or undelivered because of network conditions or other circumstances. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
