I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the incredible, highly competent staff at European
Service Center. They truly go above and beyond with their customer service- I trust them completely and
have had nothing but great experiences there. I’ll most definitely be a customer for life!

Today I was on my way out of town and my Audi Q5 started having some serious issues. I gave them a call
(panicked and upset),
and asked them if I they could get to me immediately if I brought it by- they never have a lack of work going
on, so I knew that it might be tough to fit in my last minute emergency. They assured me they’d get to it

while I waited. They tested it on the spot & trouble shoot it until the issue was fixed. It ended up needing a
small part that they had on-hand and I fully expected to pay them for their time but they didn’t charge me
a penny. I was in a major bind and despite the full lot of cars that they had to service, they got to me right
away and totally saved the day for me, I couldn’t be more grateful.
