First time to step "outside" of BMW dealership and was very happy with their performance. Dewey provide excellent customer service and communication on the front end of the business. Richard was my repair tech and I described to him what was going on and he had it fixed later that afternoon. He also went so far as to pick me up from work so that he could let me drive to see what I thought and explain to me what had happened and what could possibly happen in the future.
You don't get that from BMW Dallas…..that is if you can get ahold of your service rep, much less speak to the individual that works on your car.
